This presentation will review the circumstances and decision-making process that led to one school’s decision to outsource and redistribute its Business Office functions. Scott Baytosh, Head of School at Alexandria Country Day School (VA), will share how he worked with his Board to arrive at this solution to financial challenges, the philosophy that led to this approach, and the process of selecting an outsourcing partner. Scott will also provide an analysis of his experience implementing this model over the last four years highlighting successes, challenges, and questions for the future.
